These facilities can be used for seminars and web meetings according to your needs. Please contact us for details on the various facilities available.

A meeting roon can accomodate from 1 to 36 people.

  • The minimum usage time is two hours.
  • Capacity and usage fees vary for each meeting room, so please refer to below. Projectors (reservations required), whiteboards, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Copying and printing services using the multifunction printers are also available for a fee.

Payment, Cancellation Method, and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment for your use may be made in advance by credit card or in cash at the office on the 6th floor of the Sanpo Building.
  • Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM the day before your reservation, following the same procedure as for reservations. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We also have summer and winter closures. In such cases, please contact us via the email address listed above.
  • Please note that if you cancel on the day of your use, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Please read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy below before making your reservation.
